Singles

Our Single Adult Ministry is designed specifically to come along side singles of all ages and seasons of life and equip you to grow in your Life in Christ. There are single adults at Kingsland who are just out of college, never married, divorced, widowed, or single parents. We have specific ministry areas designated according to age and life stage. Unique to Kingsland

At Kingsland we seek to fully integrate single adults into the life of our church family. Our approach is intentional and perhaps unique. The best place to begin on Sunday morning is to attend the 9:30 A.M. Mosaic Adult Bible Fellowship Class.

9:30 A.M. Mosaic ABF - Rm. L 244/46

Mosaic is an Adult Bible Fellowship for anyone committed to the journey of living Life in Christ (Milestone 7). This class is ideal for singles but is not for singles only. In Mosaic we gather without regard for life stage, including age, background, marital status or children. Mosaic is a place for singles because it is designed to provide a multi-generational (multiple life-stage) perspective on Scripture as a foundation for an abundant life lived in fully integrated biblical community. We believe the environment provided in Mosaic will most effectively equip the current generation of adult singles to live Life in Christ.

From this class you will find all other environments we have in place specifically for singles, such as, small groups for Bible study and accountability, fellowships for connecting with others, and service opportunities to impact our community. For single parents we monthly offer a free connection lunch, outings with kids or fellowships for adults. All singles are integrated into the men’s and woman’s ministries as well as the Care Ministries at Kingsland. We also work closely with the Mission’s Ministry to meet physical and spiritual needs. Each of these ministry environments is specifically for singles and is led by our singles ministry and our singles pastor, Brian Stone.

Main Worship Service (8:00 or 11:00)

Many singles attend the 11:00 worship service after Mosaic.

We encourage singles to participate in all aspects of our ministry as we take an all-encompassing approach to spiritual growth. We believe that if singles are engaged in a multi-generational community, are in the habit of connecting with other singles, and are actively using his or her gifts and talents in serving others, they will more deeply experience Life in Christ and as a result grow in their love for God, love for people and effectiveness in equipping others.
