Men's Ministry

The Men's Ministry is organized around the five purposes of the church. Our ministries mostly lie in the areas of discipleship, ministry, and fellowship. However, everything we do has an overprint of evangelism and worship. For individuals to see how they are doing relative to their roles in the five purposes we have a 60 Second Spiritual Health Checkup (below) that can help you get a feel for how each Kingsland man can do his part in helping our church carry out the five purposes.

The purpose of the Kingsland Men's Ministry is to
Aid Kingsland men in their quest to become men of God, as well as godly husbands and fathers by

  • Providing Kingsland men with opportunities to use their special gifts in ministry
  • Providing special events that emphasize each man's critical relationships with his Maker, his mate, and his children
  • Providing Kingsland men with the opportunity to fellowship and have fun with other men

60 Second Men's Spiritual Health Checkup
As a Godly man, what is your spiritual health? Ponder each question carefully and consider how God would have you respond.

  • Do I participate in worship regularly?
  • Am I involved in a Bible study?
  • Do I have personal time with God each day?
  • Am I using my gifts and talents in ministry?
  • Am I growing as a husband and father?
  • Do I find opportunities to have fun with other Christian men?
  • Do I share the love of Jesus Christ with others who don't know him?
